As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns unless damaged upon receipt or you've cancelled your order after dispatch. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing support@sugarblissbarry.co.uk along with photographic evidence. For more information about our returns policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
If you decide to cancel your order, you will need to notify us before we have despatched your items and we will refund your payment and cancel the order. If we receive a cancellation request after your item has been despatched then you will need to send your contact details and the reason for the returned product. Postage costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the customer, unless an error has been made by ourselves.
Please note that any returns must be unopened and in a perfect re-saleable condition. We inspect all returns and no refund will be made for goods that do not meet this condition. Once goods have been returned, we are legally obliged to refund you within 30 days, however we normally process all refunds within a maximum of seven working days. We will process a full refund minus any original delivery charges.
